• How do credits work?

  Credits are what your agents and AI tools run on. Every reply, image, video, or research run uses some, and harder tasks use more. You don't count tokens; we show your balance in-app and reserve credits before bigger runs.

  As a rough guide, a lightweight agent reply starts around 1 credit, a premium Chief-of-Staff reply about 32 to 50, a Studio image 3 to 5, and an 8-second video 64 to 128. So Builder's 4,000 monthly credits cover up to 4,000 agent replies, and Innovator's 15,000 cover up to 15,000.

  Exact runway depends on the engine you pick, how much context the agent reads, tool and web-search usage, and reply length. Threaded agents can reuse cached context, which can materially cut credit burn on long conversations. Credit packs are there if you hit the edge, and they never expire.

• Do I have to upgrade to Innovator if I run low on credits?

  No. If you just need more credits, stay on Builder and top up.
