Agency FAQ
What changes when I select a different capacity?
Only the shared monthly credit capacity and price change. Infrastructure, deployment isolation, capabilities, and the limit of up to 20 hosted-agent deployments stay identical.
Does the plan include 20 clients?
No. The entitlement is up to 20 isolated hosted-agent deployments. A client may use one deployment or several, so client count and deployment count are not interchangeable.
How are credits shared?
Every deployment draws from one monthly Agency credit pool. Replies, research, images, video, and AI Studio work consume credits based on the model and task.
What if usage spikes for one month?
Use non-expiring top-ups for temporary spikes instead of changing the infrastructure contract. Choose a larger fixed capacity only when the higher usage is recurring.
What if recurring demand exceeds 125,000 credits?
Recurring demand of 126,000+ credits routes to discovery so we can scope the workload. We do not accept arbitrary capacity amounts or prorate between presets.
